Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or make item exchanges unless an error has occurred on our part. This includes custom sizes, colors, prints, materials etc… We encourage all customers to review their orders before submission, as all sales are final. Refunds will also not be issued for cancellations related to impatience or customer error.

Most orders are processed within 3-7 days, depending on the specifics of the order. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location during the checkout process. We utilize reliable shipping methods to ensure timely delivery, and we provide insurance for all orders to cover any damages while in transit.
